Outdoor Weddings
Terms & Conditions
- Rental for outdoor grounds do not include access to the building.
- Weddings times are flexible but are for a maximum of three hours, which includes set-up and tear-down services; a service provided by the bridal party.
- Contract times are stricly adhered to.
- Outdoor rental requires $1,000 refundable damage deposit and will be returned upon inspection, once it has been determined that no damage has been sustained.
- This outdoor rental rate is for the grounds for the wedding ceremony only, if you would like to host an outdoor wedding reception, please contact us at 403.686.9951 for rates.
- Wedding decor can not be fixed to the building or balcony surfaces with nails, tape, pins, tacks or any materials causing damage.
- The bridal party will be required to sign a rental agreement.
