Indoor Weddings
Terms & Conditions
- Rental for the building include the main level common areas and one room for the bride to prepare.
- Wedding times are flexible but are for a maximum of three hours, which includes set-up and tear-down services; a service provided by the bridal party.
- Contract times are stricly adhered to.
- Indoor rental requires $1,500 refundable damage deposit and will be returned upon inspection, once it has been determined that no damage has been sustained.
- The common areas of the building are for wedding ceremony rental only and we do not rent this space for wedding receptions.
- Wedding decor can not be fixed to the building or furniture surfaces with nails, tape, pins, tacks or any materials causing damage.
- The bridal party will be required to sign a rental agreement.
